All constructions have been approved by the government, including COC approval, Urban Council, Railway has given approval to small bridge to cross the railway track, Tourist Board approval as an A grade hotel with a Liquor license. We have approval for a swimming pool as well. Also, we have clear deeds for the property, and the hotel is more than 80% completed and the hotel is fully insured.
