Description

Both have the city view looking towards the British School. It is at 1,850 sq. ft. in size which is a bigger size apartment there. It is in Park Wing, on the 9th floor and apartment No. 4 which goes as 2 – 9/4. All the furniture is made out of solid Mahogany wood and the master bedroom two wardrobes are tailor-made to fit the shape of the walls. Mosquito/fly screens are fixed to both balconies.
The whole apartment is being color-washed/painted including the two balconies. The fans have been painted, the large mirror above the cabinet near the dining table will be replaced, the sitting room settees (two 3 seaters and 1 two-seater) is being reupholstered and the dining room chair seats will be redone with new padding and covered with the same material as the settees. So with all these work done, the apartment will look new.
I have been getting Rs. 270,000/- per month rent for the past two years and hope to get the same rent or close to it. One month's security deposit has to be paid which is refundable and one year’s rent to be paid upfront when signing the Lease Agreement. The lawyer’s fees has to be shared by the landlord and tenant and 50% is payable by each party. The lawyer’s fees would be 1% of the aggregate of the rent. Also, the tenant has to pay the Stamp Duty which is also 1% of the aggregate rent.
