24 Beach Properties to be opened in Sri Lanka for Tourism Investment

Arundika Fernando, State Minister of Urban Development, Housing and Coastal Conservation Says that 24 Beach Properties around Sri Lanka will be opened for tourism investment. 24 Coastal Areas have been identified and allocated for this purpose. Those coastal zones are to be provided to new investors under temporary construction. Like in other nations globally, those zones are to be established with coastal protection safety measures.

Sri Lanka is seeking at all available ways to create foreign inflows to the Island via many avenues including the revival of the tourism industry.
